Why do I love this? It's unique. It's not the cookie-cutter handmade diaper bag that we've seen so much of online. It's functional. And, tucked away inside, it has two straps fitted with d-rings enabling one to hang it on a stroller! Also, the inside fabric is pink with white polka-dots! (Can we ever get enough polka dots?) I have personally purchased from Audra Jo Handmade in the past and the service is wonderful!

Anna Maria Horner is definitely in my top five favorite fabric designers. This kit is simple and relatively inexpensive! I like that it includes coordinating bias trim...no need to scour the internet for it after one receives her fabric package in the mail. It looks like it's something even *I* could sew. Gosh, it's been practically forever since I've blogged...or tweeted for that matter. Between crazy-busy work, family trips, a funeral + a loved one undergoing a few surgeries, blogging has been the last thing on my mind. I did manage to do a few creative projects this past weekend, though! They're hanging on the wall of my office.
Sometimes, when I feel blah and the hustle and bustle of life threatens to infringe on creative thinking, I'll go to Flickr, type in "embroidery" and check out a couple of pages of the most recent projects. It helps.
